Technical Digital Project Manager Intern

Intern opportunity with a National Integrated Marketing Agency: We are seeking a (summer) Technical Digital Project Manager Intern to join our hybrid team in our Pittsburgh, PA office. The Technical Digital Project Manager Intern will support the overall digital project orchestration. From email to mobile projects, you’ll get a chance to work with all digital platforms. This is an exciting position and opportunity that offers empowerment and flexibility to learn and grow. We are looking for a team-player who is able to handle multiple projects at any given time. This is a paid, part-time position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the planning and execution of digital marketing projects.
  • Gathers requirements and coordinates planning of digital programs.
  • Participates in testing and QA sessions for digital platform releases.
  • Attends and actively participates in all status meetings, client meetings and calls.
  • Guides day-to-day development of digital programs within approved plans and in accordance with client’s objectives.
  • Interface with development partners to coordinate development.
  • Consistently demonstrate ability to successfully solve problems whenever challenges or concerns arise.
  • Take notes at planning meetings.
  • Consistently meet project deadlines as set by team lead.
  • Attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Junior or Senior undergraduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field at an accredited educational institution; college, or university.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced and pressured environments while remaining proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail and ability to complete tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills are required.
